One day everyone, even those who have not historically felt empowered by the traditional academic system, will enjoy the leverage that learning can offer their career. Our agentic trainers foster our users' professional development and support them in navigating the challenging emotions that sometimes surround learning.
I am a lifelong software engineer and tinkerer. I love statically typed languages and well-documented code. I also love tennis.

With a Master's in Instructional Design from Arizona State University, background in film, and a certification in mindfulness, I bring over 10 years of experience designing transformative learning experiences for organizations of all sizes.
I orchestrate our wonderful team of agentic subject matter experts, instructional designers, and corporate trainers - all working together to deliver profoundly personal learning experiences to your organization.

When not in the showroom, Debbie enjoys hiking, gardening, and has an amazing duck a l'orange recipe. Fun Fact: when debbie is advising customers in fabric color for a piece she always chooses the perfect shade of purple.
