What are KnowQo certificates?: KnowQo certificates are evidence that a user has completed all required courses and final exams for that certificate. The certificates are stored on our highly secure certificate ledger. Each certificate has a unique fingerprint that can be verified against the ledger.

Can I see who hasn't completed training?: Yes. Your dashboard shows all members and their completion status. You can filter by incomplete training to quickly identify who needs follow-up.
Can I send reminders?: Yes. You can write and send email reminders directly from KnowQo. Each email automatically includes a magic link so users can access their training in one click—no login required.
Can I make it fun?: Yes. All KnowQo training is structured in bite-sized, Duolingo-style modules designed to keep users engaged. You can also add a leaderboard or discussion board where employees can ask questions and share insights.
